Job Description
We are looking for a digital marketing manager who is highly creative to lead our marketing team. You will be in charge of all aspects of our marketing activities in this position. Your primary goal is to expand our brand's local influence while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
Responsibilities
- Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department
- including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Planning and managing our social media platforms.
- Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience working in digital marketing or advertising.
- Knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics is required.
- Highly creative with strong analytical skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
